Absolutely gutted. I have used this product for around 5 years and with the greatest success. Before I found this product I had around 8-9 bad breakouts every year. I used the last of my Lipivir gel in Nov 2024. The next I came to order it appears they have re designed their product to Lipivir Protect. This product felt and smelt completely different. Besides it smelling of damp I thought best not to judge until I have reason. Well my reason is now with a vengeance. My lips are so sore all of the time. It's like I'm living with permanent cold sores all over my lips each and every day!! Why o why did they have to change what worked? After 35 years of suffering from horrific cold sores, Lipivir gave me my life back. And now? It's back to hiding. The impact of this product change is Damming!

The company uses the wrong courier. I've ordered several times from here and each time the delivery let's them down. This is the second christmas meal ruined. Yet again no care was taken by the courier so the cakes were not presentable. Therefore no dessert for our family for such an important meal.

I will not be ordering for an important occasion in the future. I really dislike how all the Manchester stores were closed so no longer able to collect.

Returning items with this company is an actual joke! Items were sent back 13th August (at my cost!) and still have not been processed on their warehouse?? I will never buy from here again.

If I could give this product a zero I would do. This is such a farce! This product does not do what it states. When you try to exercise your money back guarantee you get ignored. Please do not waste your money. I fell for it thinking it must work as its backed by Dragons Den investors. Several emails later im still being ignored.

I ordered my first bathing suit of Cupshe's website. It was in the sale with 20% off. I wanted to see the quality of their products. When it arrived I was extremely surprised to find the quality was exceptional! Needless to say I ordered several more. There are so my styles to choose from. I am so happy with all of my purchases. They are true to size and great value! They took around 4-5 working days to arrive and was packaged in a good way! Extremely easy to navigate around this site and so many payment options. This will be my go to whenever I want new beach wear! Thanks Cupshe!

Cannot begin to say how easy Klarna is to use. My son broke his phone i had a mobile Samsung company come to fix, the website gave me lots of different options to pay using Klarna. I opted to pay 30 days later. This gave me time to save the £100 rather than an unexpected pay out. They emailed me this morning (3 days til due) to remind me. Cannot fault this service at all.

Not only have I waited 6 weeks for this item to arrive. I have now been slapped with a customs charge for nearly the same amount I paid for the shoes! This site does not make it clear enough that there may be additional charges as they are based in the USA. On making a complaint they told me that they do warn of this charge in their terms and conditions?! Also 98% of their orders "get through" without this additional charge. I asked for a refund as I am not willing to pay nearly £50 for a pair of flip flops. I was told I would need to pay the return fee? Are they serious? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are so unempathic, to busy slapping me in the face with terms and conditions! If only 2% of their orders face this charge why not out of curtesy offer to refund the customs charge? I mean let's be honest I paid them for delivery? If this amount doesn't cover this then maybe they need to up their international shipping rates? Feeling so disappointed!
