25 years of bad customer service!
I preordered few Funko from them and supposedly arrive in July.They said ETA (estimate time arrival) is indefinite.. I see items they have been ETA for over two years, later got remove online store. And that was before convid.. Then I asked for refund and they said either money can be exchange to gift card or get other item online but I don’t want any of those options. They said they will release my refund through PayPal in the next 24 hours also block my order in the future. I checked my order status and it show refund but still I have not receive. Very bad customer service, not friendly on the phone either! I suggest customers who have the same purchase issues with them should write on their FB, Instagram post! Show public what kind of company they are! 25 years of bad customer service! After posted lots of bad fact reviews (from here) on their FB and call them about my refund.. Finally they did refunded me! Of course they have deleted all my posts on FB to cover their ASS! Shame on you and your team! But you dont have the power to delete my review and others on this site!
