I have ordered a gilet £102.99p in September
The gilet never arrived I was sent something completely different
Had to send the stuff back at a cost of £5.00
House of Fraser said it wasn’t there’s and sent it back
They are sending me emails with case numbers but no information
I am sending them emails sometimes 3 a day
All I am getting back is nothing
Please be careful when buying from them as there customer service is absolutely useless no contact apart from email with a team who seem to be on a different planet
No money back no order sent

Bought a garden set table and chairs with glass, was happy with all then I put a candle in a candleholder on the table it shattered contacted deals who told me I should not have put a candle with holder on the table
This is table wear and what are tables for
They have refused to replace the glass only had it 12 weeks very disappointed ☹️ with this company image no table wear on a table🤷‍♀️
