Recently had two deliveries, both had my goods beautifully packaged. Delivery was a prompt in fact the second delivery ordered Saturday morning standard delivery, arrived Sunday afternoon. The goods as always were first class quality, fitted perfectly, and a great addition to my winter wardrobe for this year. Free delivery was a bonus, originally looked at another firm, but was not prepared to pay £3.95 for a £70 order. Thanks Roman.

We have just spent 2 weeks in this delightful cottage. We were extremely comfortable, best night's sleep in a long time. Looe is charming, there are so many places nearby to visit that we were really pleased to have had 2 weeks to fit everything in.
There are many excellent pubs and restaurants, we were spoilt for choice.
Thank you so much to Steve for a lovely stay, hope to visit again one day.

Guinea cottage Gloucester.
I don't know how this property was awarded 3stars. Location was good,only 5 minutes walk to town.
However-
Wi-Fi advertised- no Wi-Fi.
Smart tv advertised-no internet access.
No info sheet re Dr, dentist, local info.
No info on deep cleaning of property re covid , being in at risk group I had no option but to do my own deep clean.
Coffee table advertised- not there,had to use stool for coffee cups etc.
Kitchen very poorly equipped, no casserole dishes, bowls, small cooks knife,bread knife etc. Crockery and glassware mismatched and in short supply.Cutlery very poor quality.
Oven not working.
Towels-extremely poor quality,mismatched,and only two in property.No bath mat.
Black mould in shower and bath, shower extremely slow to drain.
Patio table covered in thick green algae,,had to scrub before we could use it.
This like for many of us was the first holiday this year and was extremely disappointing,and had the holiday information been accurate we would never have chosen this property.
We have stayed in many 3star properties and never been so angry or disappointed.
We are hoping Cottages.com take these comments on board so other people aren't disappointed,and that they contact us re some sort of refund,as so many things were misrepresented.
Finally,the bedding was out on inside out and was from Brentford nylons who went into administration in 1995!!!I think the pillows(with no pillowcases)were probably the same era.
