Just looked at out bank account to find this company had been taking it £18 for the passed two months, thank god we noticed it when we did! Goggled the company to find 100's of 1* reviews, how on earth do you actually get away with this! You say all of us signed up to your company, however none of us actually did as you have a cunning way how to trick people into getting their money, we can't even find an email or anything with your name in it to explain when you're taking my money out each month or what i even get for my membership. You are unethical small print pirates.

We can only charge your account if you manually entered your details and accepted our terms and conditions on the sign-up page offered to you when you made a purchase with our partner retailer, and where we clearly state multiple times that Complete Savings is a paid subscription, with a monthly fee following the 30-day free trial.
