Hugh arrived on time and repaired my fibre connection. How unfortunate that it was only installed about a month ago. After numerous phone calls and 'lost' appointments it was great to meet someone who knows what he's doing and did a great job.

Ordered fibre in April of this year

Ordered fibre in April of this year. Latest appointment for installation is 5th September. Previously cancelled a couple of days before the 6th August appointment.

5th august.
'if there's any delay'
I'd call 6 months to have fibre installed a delay!

I can only apologise for the ongoing delays with your installation; if there's any delay this will be noted on your order for your provider to review, and pass on as required to update you about our progress.

We will be working with your provider to complete your connection, however if there's a requirement for more complex works this will be on your notes for them to review. ^Andrew

Great speedy service

Great speedy service. I cheated by fitting memory from a previous order! Postman Pat hasn't been yet but my laptop is going a lot better already :)

Where are the flowers - update

Where are the flowers? No photo or reference number to track with Royal Mail. All the app tells me is that you have been paid. I know that!

Good follow-up. Discount! The app still doesn't show delivery or pic of flowers but I got one from the recipient and she's happy so that's the main thing.
