No care for customer

Order shutters after two measurement visits, waited over the estimated timeline given and wrong ones were installed! Company apologised but still expect me to wait for new ones to be built and reinstalled, my inconvenience is 5% reduction on price! If I don’t agree they will take the shutter (which is fair) but my waisted time not taken into account, how is this fair?

Hi Jenny,

Apologies - human error does occur in this job and whilst it's rare, we're really sorry it has happened to you. Sadly, Covid19 timescales have exacerbated the issue in that product is taking slightly longer to get to us so we can't turn around issues as quickly as we once were able to, as shipping is currently out of our control.

We always have the same policy, that once that issue is rectified we will discuss compensation with you up to the amount in the contract.

Please don't judge us solely on the error you have been subjected to, we do all we can in this situation to put things right and ensure you're happy with the finished product.
