Ordered for dad but he picked wrong colour base. Typical dad he getting on. Rang customer service wow what a company the lady was so helpful and rang me back to say they managed to do it. Then the bed arrived it was exactly as described managed to have the best night's sleep in yrs didn't want to get out of it. Will use this company again and highly recommend.

The tracking is great. The delivery drivers was 1st class nothing was too much trouble. They explained the appliances and all other details. They are a credit to your company and with delivery drivers like that it's defo repeat business. I would recommend and will use again in the future.

Goods advertised as brand new they all arrived damaged and only fit for the bin and they refused to do anything except get the company they got them off to ring me which they never did, I did point out that there terms and condition do say the supplier should describe goods accurately which they had not, so therefore they should be the ones going back to the supplier not me, they did nothing and did not even provide details, they just said the supplier brings truck loads of stuff to them so it looks like they don,t want to upset them and the buyer can do one. but hey you do need both, I won't be using them anymore and how many more have they done this to
