Actually I can't understand what is…

Actually I can't understand what is card you sent , it doesn't have any information to review as it's barcode, I was expecting to receive electronic visa ! So my query is this card you sent me will allow entry to Indonesia !!

Hello Norhan! You applied for and Indonesia Health Alert Card and it's provided as a QR code since the government is now using this format.

If you would like to see the content in the QR Code you can use your smartphone to scan it. Here you can check some instructions on how to scan the QR code with your phone and see the document details.
