Delayed at Dalaman Airport for over an hour when the plane was sat at the requested gate for over an hour ti be told the plane was delayed which was a lie it was delayed due to having no cabin crew available. Jet

Terrible installation service promised to install 21/1/2025 no one turned up had to ring customer service to be told no one was coming as extra work needed should take 4 weeks waited and waited rang on the 21/2/2025 to be told installation should have taken place but still no one has contacted us keep blaming 3rd party installation people that do not even reply to the customer team over 2mths now please please please think twice going to virgin media

Fantastic service received once again from all the guys I had a flat tyre and they worked extremely hard to repair the tyre saving me a lot off money by not having to replace the damaged tyre 10/10

Let's hope you have no need to complain about something that Jet2 cause on your holiday as they are closing down their telephone customer service and take over 8 weeks to reply.
They are only interested in new bookings rather than dealing with genuine complaints

Phoned on 2 occasions to request info on a new dial for my Rolex 36m day date president on both occasions the operator said she would get some one to call back .I have had no call back which is disappointing and would make me feel very nervous about buying even a dial from them never mind a £30k watch.
May be they thought it is only a dial at £1700 so could not be bothered .
So good luck if you do buy an expensive item and have a problem
