Terrible service . They take your order then your money . Items are never in stock and takes weeks to be delivered . They never answer their phones . Avoid this company at all costs . They tell you at point of order 5 days , 10 days , then before you know it you are waiting 6 weeks ! They never reply to emails and you can forget calling them .

Terrible customer services . They have a email address on Instagram which bounces back . Major design fault with inner heal . Wears out very quick . They point you to warranty section you can’t proceed as if it’s a got the date of purchase field needs filling in and proof of purchase etc .it’s a gift so I can’t fill that section in . I have 8 pairs and they just send out standard replies pointing to warranty section . Great shoes to run in but with major design flaws which lead to nominal use as inner heal wears away at around 50 k or so .

Very poor service at the Westfields Stratford branch . Front desk advisor was very rude and I cancelled my order for the laptop there and then .

Very bad service if your using the coffee subscription service . Always out of stock on most items . You will only get the basics .

Appalling service at the Aqua sana in the Woburn centre . You can’t get through on the phones , they never reply to emails or messages on Instagram . Whole day ruined by the way I was spoken to by one of the beauty therapists . Avoid at all costs !

Went to the barking branch last night . Chops were chewy and overdone as were the chicken tikka pieces . Fish was very nice . Mains … average , nothing special . Very disappointed . They really need to up their game .

terrible service with the walthamstow Skoda centre, london E17 , left voice messages and replied to a generic email to say i wanted to move my service date, nothing for the dealer. all i got was a message asking to confirm the original date which i had already cancelled. they do not check their emails or messages.

been with them for 2 years but this year they are quoting alot more than the others and i have been quoted £250 less from the others, like for like. also very annoying you cannot cancel over the net, you have to call and it takes ages to get through. You need a option where you can renew or cancel by email.

Excellent location , very clean and located on a nice farm. Cottage is surround with gardens all sides with total privacy . Kitchen was very well equipped , hosts here fantastic and excellent wifi ( not that you want WiFi here when there’s so much to do locally . I can’t praise this place enough , it was the perfect getaway we needed.

Terrible customer services . On a recent trip to Cornwall , we stayed near Newquay airport on a farmhouse . Drove to padstow to get a takeaway from rick steins fish and chips , paid £48 , drive back and all the chips were half cooked. Complained on Instagram , email and by direct messages . Nothing back . I was asked for my email address and I have chased the matter up on 3 occasions , still nothing . Rick stein nor his management team clearly do not care about any feedback . £48 to ordinary folk like me is hard earned money . Shame on you !
