HP Office Jet 'Pro' 7740 - It prints, but thats about it. Tried scan with USB using document feeder - nope, fails to scan properly all pages, then decides it doesn't want to write the scan files to the USB. Tried different USB nah mate, don't want to do that! Installed HP scan software, doesn't see printer, dropped of network again. Three reboots.
I today, for the first time asked it to do more than one thing, and it failed badly! My last HP printer.
Easy to order, prompt delivery (driver was superb I must add!). Setup laptop today, all good, thank you

Pro's: The person who dealt with the query was first class and I had their FULL attention/Focus (a very rare thing these days when often folk are dealing with many calls at the same time)..... Con's: How much to make changes to names/bookings is often MORE than the original price of the fare...needs looking at! The changes were made very efficiently, however we will have quite a bit LESS money when away!

Loaded app, got a estimation for £8,500. Then provided pictures and details and called Motorway to process/discuss. Due to me not having a 'toolkit' (vauxhall don't issue toolkits!) and a SUPER small dent the price went down to £8,100 reserve. I then waited a couple of days for my car to be listed but it wasn't. I then called twice and found out they had modified the second 'reserve price' at £200 LESS! Called them, came out with a load of rubbish twice so decided to try elsewhere. Would NOT recommend.

Reserved car, next day expecting a call back to arrange viewing/payment...nothing...called 4 x times throughout the morning, no callback, only to find out on the 4th call that the car had already been sold!! Its not the fact that the systems hadn't updated, its the fact that nobody gave 1 to call me back and apologise. So, reserve car....keep your fingers crossed, means absolutely NOTHING!!! Off to another BMW dealer, cash in hand.
