Great Customer Service
I’ve purchased twice via My Faktory - firstly 2019 & again this month . We experienced a delay in the order arriving this month (understandable due to COVID) I contacted them via the live chat on the website to find out where my order was & got cut of before I got my answers ...... so they promptly phoned me back with the shipping / tracking info etc . a great example of customer service . Products arrived - great quality & value as previous , I will definitely use them again .
