Great cabinet, quickly delivered and easy to assemble

The time slot given was constantly updated which was really helpful. The driver phoned ahead to say they were 10 minutes away and turned up earlier than their forecast time. From parking up, delivering the new machine and departing with the old one was less than 10 minutes. The two guys with the van were friendly, helpful and super quick. Excellent delivery.

Very quick delivery, really easy to assemble and sturdy product

Probably the worst charger experience I have ever had. If we are to encourage people into electric vehicles it is companies like this that will be major blockers to people wanting to transition into EVs. Chargers situated in location with no signal and required to download app. Requirement to download a lot of personal data, all which is unnecessary for ‘fuelling’ a car. Then you have to set up a direct debit and charged a holding fee - awful experience

I recycled an iPhone XS Max with Sala as they offered the best price online. When they received the phone they knocked the price back by £80 due to heavy scratching, faulty camera and battery health. When questioned they sent through an explanation and photos which seemed to be fair but perhaps differs from my perception of the phone that I sent.

However, communication was excellent, the service was excellent and the payment swift. I would certainly use them again, but perhaps be more forensic in my examination of my phone before sending.

Excellent service, quoted there and then and the work was completed in 30 minutes. Garage door is now working better than it did when we bought the house. Dan was very efficient and very helpful

Connor sent a text to say when he would arrive, once here he was very polite and helpful and his work was neat and exactly how I requested. He got on with the job quickly and finished earlier than I had expected. Really good service and would definitely recommend.

Sonos is not really fit for purpose, or at least not the purpose I bought them for - to play my library music. That function was deleted after I had spent nearly £1,000 on sonos. Now they are an expensive speaker for radio. Have bought Apple Home pod, a massive improvement, great quality and it plays my library music
