Great staff. Hotel in a perfect position for the town sights.

Whilst I'm very happy with the bag, it's well made and good quality, I'm disappointed that the product is actually made in China. With the plugging of all things French I foolishly expected it to be French made. So nice bag with misleading credentials. I wish I'd gone with my other choice which was UK made.

Contacted them twice about the item not being delivered. No response to either. Luckily I had paid by PayPal so I was refunded my money.

Thought I was ordering from mintvelvet. Really professional site complete with tracking link. Unfortunately my goods did not arrive even though it stated that I signed for then in the middle of the night. If it's too true to be good it probably is.

Very helpful customer service, resolved my query very quickly.
Brush is very well designed and effective. Wish I'd bought one years ago, nice not having plastic involved.

Great food providers and everyone was very friendly. Had so much food that we had to bring most of it home. Not sure if I would have paid the full price, I think I got a reduction on one of the cut price websites. Great day out and a lovely walk.

Received my wallets reasonably quickly so no issues there. Unfortunately there were no coin purses which were clearly shown in the advert. Since this was the main reason for purchasing said items I feel this is false advertising. Should check with Trust pilot first as my negative review on company website is not published.5

Were really surprised at the portion size.We were expecting them to be on the small size but actually didnt cook all the vegetables that were supplied. It was nice to try new recipes as we tend to cook much the same each week. We are going to use the box once a month. Very easy to manage your subscription.

Good choice if the item I was ordering. No issues with anything.
