I have been so disappointed by the…

I have been so disappointed by the service, it's been a month now and my dishwasher still hasn't been fixed. I am now waiting on my 4th engineer visit which will be next week and I have no idea if they'll fix it or if I'll be waiting even longer again. I feel fobbed off and let down. At this stage it would be easier to just cancel my insurance and buy a new dishwasher.
