Exercised my right to quit before the…

Exercised my right to quit before the contract started. Absolutely terrible service.

I was unable to register my email. Therefore, I was unable to activate the sim. Spent almost an hour going round in circles with customer service agent, who kept offering gems like "I've sent you a text, please respond". I could not receive the text because the sim wasn't active. Or "Please give us the email address associated with the account". I could not register my email address.

I have aspergers, they were aware of this; the next agent then repeatedly tried to pressure me into staying. When I pointed out that I should not have to ask again, and again, and again to exercise my right to cancel, the agent then got snarky and implied it was my fault for misunderstanding him.

I understood him perfectly well. Communicating via text is no problem for me. I will be forwarding logs of the chat to 3, not that I expect them to give a damn.

If this is how they treat a vulnerable customer, I would recommend you take your business elsewhere. Useless, rude and condescending.
