The engineer was polite and explained what he was doing as he went along. The installation was successful and the engineer showed me how to take manual readings if necessary.
Two things that I think could be improved upon - the design of the smart gas meter - it would be much easier if the usage numbers were on top and not on front of meter. It is not easy to read - if one has to.

And, I have still not been able to access a user manual for my in-house display unit. The engineer apologised about this and gave me 2 websites to look at but neither of them have the exact same unit. Otherwise, a very positive experience.
