Most terrible service ever!!!

Most terrible service ever!!!! Last month bought a £10 top up on my sons phone was charged £11.89. Said it would automatically top up the number never did so when I went on the website for the voucher kept saying the voucher wouldn't work. I rang them they told me to ring Vodafone so I did then Vodafone told me to ring them so I did AGAIN was told it was a problem on Vodafone end so then I got Vodafone to cancel through this 3rd party app and they applied the voucher again and it worked! I am now cancelling my monthly payments to these what a absolute joke today has been trying to sort it out. They never even sent the voucher to Vodafone like it said they would. I will never ever use this service again caused me nothing but stress.

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish, wont even go check on a rabbit because it's my word against them. They dont care about the animals only feeding their own ego pretending to care for animals but being paid for it. Shame on you.

Love my phone case ordered here past 2…

Love my phone case ordered here past 2 times, prices are amazing & the phone cases are great quality. The picture does wear off after a year of using but its 12.99 for a wallet phone case. Paid 8.99 for my case as it not a Wallet phone case. 10/10 recommend

Great.

Little difficult to work out at first, but once you do get hang of it you find out so much information! I have the documents from my dads birth (what we call a red book now) because of this. I also was charged yearly fee because I didnt cancel my free trail when I should of, they refunded me my yearly payment and helped me cancel my account. Very friendly service 👍

Absolute disgrace of a place

Absolute disgrace of a place, I was told 40 minutes ago that my taxi would be 25 minutes. Long wait outside in rain but I understood. Only to ring back 35 minutes later to be told by the same man WHO TOOK MY BOOKING that I hadnt even got a booking to the address I ordered too. Really would not recommend I'll be sticking to Jenny's in future. Everyone if you want a taxi rank that friendly, fast & HONEST then Jenny's is your place. (No it's not the wrong place I am just advising people not to use this place as I was told 35 min wait when I rang back up was told there was no booking. I am telling people to use Jenny's.)

5 star for the simple fact it arrived…

5 star for the simple fact it arrived within less than 5 working days. The material is quite nice too so really chuffed with that one. Only problem is that it said they would send me a confirmation text/email but I recieved nothing. It is ok this time because it arrived but people need that text incase it doesn't arrive.
