No communication!

New update- garden room has been delivered and we are very pleased with it, although part of the order- the two seat cushions- have not been delivered and no idea when they are coming
**updated - delivery of my goods has now been arranged- I was emailed yesterday so relieved and pleased**
Original review- I have ordered the Four Seasons Garden Room which has cost a substantial amount of money. The delivery timeframe stated on the website has long passed But there is no communication from Lemon Pavilion to say when we can expect it. Generic emails have only been received in response to my emails and you cannot get them on the phone. Their communication is seriously lacking and I’m starting to consider my next steps with this company. Lemon Pavilion, if you are reading this, my order number is 198177- please get in touch and communicate with me and fulfil my order otherwise I will have no option but to engage legal support, enlist the services of my bank and notify my concerns to organisations such as trading standards as I cannot afford to spend that amount of money with you for nothing in return!
