I was sceptical about buying this course. Having spent a lot of money on another mentor that didn't provide the hands on mentorship I needed, I was nervous about spending even more money on someone else.

Believe me when I say I watched and spoke to all the other courses out there before deciding. So why did I choose Aspire?

First, there is no BS. Jamie and Dan give it to you straight. They are honest. They do not promise it will be easy.

Organised. Everything is presented and documented in a structured way. Easy to find at a later date.

Value for money. The amount of information you get on this course is overwhelming. Mindset, business set-up & brochures, template docs, instructional videos, deal package analysis, marketing, FB advertising, negotiating, and more.

They genuinely want to help. They have really big hearts. They want to provide you with as much information they possibly can for as little as they can. A lot of what they make goes to charity and they are happy to help others where they can.

BUT,... it's the support you get that sets them apart from any other course. They're online to answer your questions, provide you with missing documents, create videos with further explanation, have unscheduled sessions to cover additional topics These guys are knackered at the end of each course because they are online everyday helping you out.

My overall criticism would be that there was too much content and not enough time to implement it before the next module. I probably would have liked more open sessions to ask questions. And, the accountability could have been a bit stronger.

Nimbus Maps is a game changer for property agents. It makes identifying potential property projects easy because all the information you need is on one screen. The new features make this even easier. Fantastic tool. My only criticism is that there isn't a lite version for those starting out with less funds, that shows the plot borders at the very least.

What you've created here just might transform the way property is purchased by investors. In one portal you can search and see all the properties that have been found by qualified, legitimate, property finders. All of a sudden, you've got access to multiple property sourcers and deals, all in one place. As a sourcer, the platform is comprehensive, really easy to use and update. Your deals are suddenly reaching hundreds of interested investors, not just the ones in your list. A MUST HAVE tool for property investors.
