Spent over 5 hours yesterday getting…

Spent over 5 hours yesterday getting transferred at least 11 times (i actually lost count )to troubleshoot internet connection problems with brand new router I had for one week. I was told that the new router would increase my internet speed and boost my signal for only $3 more per month. No real difference but occasionally had trouble establishing signal;then yesterday it stopped working. They wanted me to sign up for Verizon home protection for $25 more a month to before they would help troubleshoot the problem. I had to give in or they wouldn't help me.I spent 3 hours of the 5 telling them I'm not paying the $25 and to cancel the home protection service....it's a protection racket....First thing Monday I'm filing a complaint with the New York State attorney generals office.I pay for internet already.They are trying to extort more money so it works...11 different techs in India....I don't blame them .....I blame Verizon..thieves

Brand new machine won't work.Garbage. No help from company.

Bought a model 125B gas leaf blower;same model as my last one that lasted 10 plus years. I gassed and started it up after receiving it and ran it for 30 seconds or so and all seemed ok. 38 days later when I needed it the machine won't run.The gas was fresh and none of my other gas equipment has problems. Amazon says to contact Husqvarna direct. No response from company from email though they said they would contact me in "1-2 business days". The machine has a 2 year warranty but now I most likely if they ever even acknowledge me will have to pay for shipping which just ups the base cost.....try calling if you want to be on hold forever....you'll never get a live person.
Brand new garbage. Never again.

Never book with Globus again ever

Put down deposit of $799 on 7/16/2019 for a trip that would have started today,8/16/2020. Trip was cancelled 5/12/2020 due to Covid. Even with insurance which my travel agent told us wouldn't have mattered because Globus cancelled the tour, getting my deposit back was like pulling teeth. After patiently waiting 12 weeks and 2 calls to Globus with no answers on when the refund would be issued ,I escalated it to my Visa card company. I finally have gotten my deposit back. If I ran my business like that I'd be arrested and get dragged into court.....Covid or not there is absolutely no excuse for taking 14 weeks to return my money...I will never book with Globus again ever and advise anyone who will listen don't do it. They had to have their deposit over a year ahead of time but dragged out refunding as long as they could. SCREW THEM ! As someone else said,1 star is to high a rating.
