I had an awful experience with Ayuda T Pymes, and I do not recommend them at all. They have a partnership with BBVA, which I initially thought made them legitimate, but in fact, they operate like a large company that prioritizes speed and profit over taking the time to understand each client’s individual needs.

The salesperson I spoke to when signing the contract did a good job of listening and understanding my case, but unfortunately, the gestor to whom I was ultimately assigned did quite the opposite. She always seemed in a rush to get the work filed and didn’t take the time to understand my needs or objectives. She ultimately advised me to file something too soon, which resulted in the cancellation of the request — and now I have to redo the entire process myself.

I contacted their quality control department as well as the CEO (Alfredo) via email to request a refund for the services. I even compromised by offering to accept a partial refund since they did perform some work (although it was of no value to me and a complete waste of time). However, they replied with a boilerplate response stating that they had fulfilled the contract and that no refund was due.

It’s a shame that, for such a small amount of money relative to the size of their company, Ayuda T Pymes chose to respond this way instead of doing the right thing — satisfying their customer and acknowledging that they made a mistake.

Desde el primer momento, nuestro equipo se esforzó por atender tu caso con la máxima atención y profesionalidad. De hecho, según consta en nuestras comunicaciones, confirmaste que deseabas realizar la capitalización como autónomo, y así fue como se tramitó, conforme a tu autorización expresa.

Posteriormente, tras la presentación de la solicitud y ante el requerimiento de documentación adicional por parte de la Administración, decidiste no continuar con el envío de la información solicitada. Fue entonces cuando manifestaste tu intención de cambiar el enfoque y optar por una capitalización como sociedad limitada (SL), una modificación que, lamentablemente, no es posible una vez iniciado el trámite en nombre del autónomo.

Nuestro equipo de calidad y atención al cliente revisó tu caso detenidamente e intentó ofrecerte toda la información y aclaraciones necesarias. Entendemos tu malestar, pero debemos actuar conforme al trabajo realizado y al contrato firmado. El servicio fue prestado siguiendo tus instrucciones y dentro del marco establecido, por lo que no corresponde, en este caso, un reembolso.

Lamentamos que esta situación te haya generado molestias y tomamos nota de tus comentarios para seguir mejorando. Por nuestra parte, seguimos a tu disposición para aclarar cualquier duda adicional que tengas o ayudarte en lo que podamos dentro de nuestras posibilidades.

Bad Service from Easy Villas

I would not recommend this villa or Easy Villas Mallorca as a company. The place (Villa Gosp Torres, Alcudia) managed by Easy Villas Mallorca was extremely disappointing, especially given its price. First, it was absolutely bare: no soap, sponges, toilet paper, drinkable water (since there's a sign saying that tap water is not safe to drink they could've included a water bottle or two so you can drink upon arrival). The wifi DID NOT work for the entirety of the stay, we let them know at the beginning of the stay, but they were very rude saying they had a lot of problems to deal with regarding their other villas and were not timely with their response to fix it (that shows you that we weren't the only ones running into issues). We had pool towels included in our reservation (and we specifically asked for these prior to making a reservation), and the towels weren't there upon arrival and since we got there during the weekend they told us to wait a couple days until they could send them on a business day. Also a lot of rooms (including the kitchen) had a terrible smell which made it very uncomfortable to be in them. Lastly, the description has air conditioning shown as included but in actuality it's only in one room so all the bedrooms and other rooms get very very hot - they provided 3 fans but one of them didn't work which, again, they wouldn't replace for two days since they don't provide any assistance outside of business hours). Anyway, we made the best out of our stay because our group was great, but we definitely will not stay here again and would never recommend booking with this agency Easy Villas Mallorca.
