Book online yourself direct, avoid Hays Travel.
Booked a package holiday and the staff made a mistake by entering child as infant, took payment of us and had to call in and ring Headoffice to get a refund a week later. Refused to give refund as they said they waiting for a refund from easy jet despite us paying Hays travel. In result we lost out on all Black Friday sales on flights as Hays travel held our money and we could not book again. Never will enter Hays travel again. Rather book yourself online.
