Have paid out twice for my rabbit’s vet bills in the past 2 years. Happy with the service

Great product, really entertains my young dachshund Jack Russell cross!
(Long enough for us to eat our dinner undisturbed!!)
He even enjoys his kibble more from this, rather than from a bowl!
Very entertaining to watch him with it.
One tip I’d share when using it, is to put some bigger treats in with the smaller treats and kibble. This stops the treats falling out the hole too quickly.

Seems indestructible too :)
Money well spent!!

Was stuck with this company supplying my flat in 2022. Constantly charged the wrong amount and sent bills that were too high. Charged me as a business when I was a private tenant. Made so many complaints and it took ages to resolve! Things got sorted once I got through to the higher customer care operatives; and when we threatened to involve the energy ombudsman. So much stress, was so relieved to get away from this company!!
I think I left a review at the time and it’s been deleted,

Came quickly, vax onepwr blade 4, works well. Got a special deal with Money Saving Expert, so it was good value too!

Ordered a replacement tray for my chinchilla’s cage (with £8.99 delivery for the weekend.)
Price of the tray was great, arrived on time and was well packaged.
Very happy!

As ever the manager Richard was very helpful and friendly.
Better prices than online retailers or Sport Direct (and tidier too!)
Very happy with the purchase of sealskinz waterproof gloves and hat, and a neck gaiter from behind the till.

Arrived when expected.
Bought the protein brownies for my elderly mum; sadly she didn’t take to them. However I am liking them!
Bonus that they are vegan too!

Great products, great service.

Love the free trials and now have subscriptions in place for wash tabs, cleaning sprays, soap, deodorant and fabric conditioner.
The only things I’ve not been so keen on are the dishwasher tabs.
Otherwise everything else is great, especially the fragrances, and the cardboard packaging.

Emails remind when the parcels are coming and you can pause the plans as needed.

Good value, great customer care.

Made my first claim this month for my rabbit who had gut stasis and 2 days at the vet. The vet dealt with the forms and Agria paid direct to the vet. £868 paid out with ease within about a week. Much cheaper per month too than PetPlan. Happy with the experience so far

Haven’t made a claim yet (thankfully!) but David at Payment Shield was very courteous handling my address change by phone today. And bonus…the premium went down! Wooo!
Happy with the service so far and the price seems reasonable.

Regularly receive boxes of hay delivered by yodel and they are always delivered straight to my door. (On the third floor!)
Excellent driver in Ipswich.

Really old fashioned company, too many hoops to jump through to do a simple thing like change address and phone number. Set aside a day if you’re planning to phone them 😆

TLDR; look at Google and Facebook reviews too!

The bad: next day delivery didn’t happen, so wasted a day waiting in.
Airconcentre livechat blamed the heatwave — it was obvious it would be busy, so why still advertise next day delivery? Misleading, and I would have ordered elsewhere had I known.

The unit itself (Honeywell HT12CESVWK air conditioner) is extremely noisy, to the point I questioned whether it could be faulty.

Here’s the rub — If they collect it, test it, and deem it not faulty, they charge you £75 for the collection!
Not prepared to risk it so instead I have an air con unit I can only use in an emergency because it makes such a loud vibrating sound.

The good: price was okay. It did arrive.

Overall disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend.

Very happy with the price and service. Called Peter having read recommendations on Facebook. Was able to book in at short notice, and was quoted a good price. Service was prompt, professional and helpful whilst moving a very large sofa. Would use again and recommend.
