Honestly will never try anything ever again.
Cloths looks really nice and got curious and ordered, unfortunately didn’t suit me at all as looked completely different from the pictures, but oh well, can happen and just wanted to return…
And then the fun started…. Took forever to process and then been told to return everything back, and unfortunately on my own cost which was required to be with tracking so was pricy….
When enquired what is going on as it was over a week after I’ve posted, apparently nothing needed to be posted and only then refund was issued… seriously? Just spend £12 to send back and was not needed???
Honestly… got the refund at the end but the whole situation and process just a pain…

Been expecting delivery on Monday before 2pm and what a surprise that got it inly on Tuesday with no notification. So unreliable

It is shocking how my frozen dog food delivery has been left at the front door step just like that at 12pm and I luckily still found it there when got home at 18.30pm
Is it the way deliveries are handled nowadays? Who would take responsibility if the delivery wouldn’t be there anymore?

I’m using quite a few different products and experience been only the best
My both dogs tooth got so much better with the new dental sticks
One of my dogs have osteoarthritis and his joins got so much better with Yumove advanced tablets
And all the rest of the products that we are using is giving a lot of benefits

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from them. Terrible customer service, or should I say not existent, nobody responding to emails, have ordered quite a few items, but the size of delivery wouldn’t be that big, received 2 different deliveries and still missing third of the order and the second delivery was after long hassle through paypal
Just waste of money and the time to chase after
Also puppy Kong treat paste was off as came out as a liquid
So overall waste of money and avoid ordering from them

John been amazing, very helpful and showed all the options around and went out of his way in giving all the details and offered flooring as well to finish our living room, which we didn’t needed at the moment.

That was a random walk in to look around and we end up with great offer and new living room furnitures

Can’t wait to get them in and enjoy the comfort

Easy and fast service

Very disappointed with the whole experience. Got my last two cars from this dealer and been very happy with customer service

Unfortunately this time finances haven’t been accepted and been told that £500 deposit will be refunded immediately, unfortunately two weeks later money are still not back. Been calling and spoken with my salesman Daniel and when asked why does that still not completed, been told that the company doesn’t care about £500 and that they are making over £1m a year.
I understand that this person does not represent the whole company, but wouldn’t go back at any cost.

They are very polite while you are choosing the car, but the moment they realise that will not get the sales, story is changing, needed to chase couple of days to find out if finance been approved.

I’m glad that found the different dealers and got my new car with no hustle for better price.

Always tastes great and suuuper fresh. Ordered the big bag for may team at work and everyone loved them. Would definitely recommend as you can’t buy them that tasty from the shop ❤️

I’ve ordered this box for my team and when we received Hungarian box, my team member that is from the country been super excited as the stuff inside is from his childhood so very nice touch to our busy Friday at work ❤️
The only reason why I’ve gave 4 stars, that there is not enough treats for team of 30 😔

I’m happy for my order, just there was no extra treat bag added as by advert. A bit disappointed

Very disappointed with my first box. When been looking for something healthey for my puppy this company looked just perfect, but once opened the box been badly surprised having 2 type of treats just lying inside the box without any packaging and throw them away straight away.
But that wasn’t the whole dissapointment... then I realised that there is no toys in our box... my puppy gets supper excited with new toys and here is nothing to surprise him with
Cancelled my subscription straight away and wouldn’t recomend to anyone as never know if you will receive everything that suppose to be in the box
The only reason I’ve changed my review and increased stars as the response was very quick and I’ve been given the refund
