Review of DPD UK
Delivery agent lied that business wasn’t open.
Then delivered to gables stores.
When I the listed recipient stated I did not make this request and it should be delivered to original address as per the sender. They said they had to honour the request to have it collected from the store. I am currently travelling and can not collect. Someone has stolen the delivery so as far as I can tell it was planned from time they lied that drop off location was closed (when it wasn’t)
Review of My Social Book
I have ordered them over the last 10 years and the comments of others were included. However In the versions received how time, other people’s comments were removed. This was the whole reason I ordered them as I like to memorialise these lovely messages. Particularly I had over 100 messages when my dad passed that I wanted to capture. I would have paid for the extra sheets but was never given the option like in the past

Regarding the 1 star review, I understand you'd like to have the comments and condolences of your friends printed on your book, and we also would love to print them, but we cannot overrule Facebook's decisions nor Privacy Policies & Regulations. We, at My Social Book, handle sensitive information and need to trust and be trusted by people who confide this information to us and to the Social Media outlets.
We can print solely the information of the owner of a profile in a book. For Facebook, even if a comment is in your Facebook Feed, it still belongs to the person who wrote this comment, and you cannot authorize us on anyone else's behalf to print their comment in your book. It's out of our hands.
