Praise for Customer Service

I stumbled onto Playasia when other services were failing me, and Playasia delivered! In my experience, their Customer Service is great, they were fast and are dedicated to solving problems - which I highly appreciate with an online store.

Eneba doesn't care about its customers

I was sold two already used keys - costing me $40. When I approached the support team, they told me that it was a "minor inconvenience" and that they will solve it.

I had a concern since I bought these for a sale that would end in a week, and the support team told me that a week to solve would be a "huge overestimation."

The week passed and I did not get new keys, so I had to buy new ones myself. Then, I submitted a request for Eneba to return my money - I was entitled to a refund by their own Terms and Conditions. The support told me that they cannot issue a refund because the supplier is clogged with demands, which makes no sense. First, this is something issues by Eneba itself, and secondly, why would you even work with such an unreliable supplier in the first place?

After one more week, I was given new keys (completely ignoring my refund request) and asked to leave a positive review. Well that ain't gonna happen!

Throughout the process, the support people kept changing - when they did not completely ignore my questions or emails. Their job was not to help me, but to help the supplier. You can see the same thing in the way they reply to negative reviews here - with the generic messages.

Due to all of this, I will not be using Eneba anymore - and I highly recommend switching from it to other, much more reliable, platforms.

Due to the increase of new users, our waiting times has been longer than usual, and our suppliers are working very hard to solve every case that they are presented but in the end, we have left you with a bad impression of us, we didn't deliver the best we could and we are very sorry for this whole situation.
