Avoid!

Avoid!! Returns process is insane! Sent part of my order but not the rest. I have to wait until all items arrive before I can send back yet the policy is a 30 day return! Will be contacting my bank to do a charge back rather than jumping through hoops to try and get a refund because the sizing is so bad and the quality of the items! And I can’t cancel the stuff they have not sent yet and just send back the ones I have recieved!

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service you sit in a “live chat” for over half an hour with no one responding! Received part of my order which will be getting sent back if I can finally figure out how to! Want to cancel the rest of the order but am unable to will NEVER use them again!!

Genuinely one of the worst apps/…

Genuinely one of the worst apps/ insurance to deal with used to date. My son insured his first car with quote me happy connect. He has a box and the app installed on his phone. For the second time now it has stopped recording trips! He himself has tried all the troubleshooting tips and so have I and it still isn’t working. We have been told they will send a new box at the cost of £19 which in the grand scheme of things isn’t a lot however when you are paying £2000 per year which he paid in one go you expect a little more! You can’t talk to a human on the phone and keep being told the same information and any time you try and make contact via email or live chat. Can not wait to change insurers when it is due as for us to cancel due to the connect box not working and app constantly not recording trips I’m sure they would charge us! Just not a good enough service

Andy is amazing!

Andy is amazing! He was so patient teaching my son to drive! I’m so glad we found him after asking around and him being recommended, I’m glad we went with him rather than someone else. And my son passed with no faults at all first time! What more can you want?! Perfect from start to finish!

So far not a good experience

So far not a good experience! Bought 2 items, both were faulty…have to make contact through email to discuss, and wait at least a day for a response! Was told to send the items back for a full refund. After over a week I have heard nothing even though I emailed for an explanation. I wanted one of the items sent out again! Don’t know if this will happen as I have received no communication from them! Shocking customer service! It’s a shame because the outfit itself was nice apart from the holes in it! So far I’ve spent 76 quid and have nothing to show for it! I would have thought the replacement would have been sent by now!

Taken our money but not confirmed our booking!

Still waiting for them to confirm our booking 5 days after they have taken full payment! Spend hours on hold when calling! We are meant to be going in 3 weeks but can’t seem to even get to talk to anyone to try and sort this out. The website says it takes up to 72 hrs to confirm or if they are unable to do so one of the team will call! No phone call! I am at a loss of what to do. A full refund at this point would be good so we can book directly ourselves!!

Can’t log in online to try and sort this out as we have no booking number just a reference number for a booking request! So unable to use live chat to try and rectify this as we need a booking ref number to access that. Diabolical customer services.
