Tops Rent a Car (topsrentacar.com) in Gran Alacant is top!

It is a small, local car rental company with a super good service and affordable prices. Much cheaper than the big rent a car companies. All cars a nice, clean and in good technical shape.

Tops Rent a Car is both situated in Gran Alacant and at the airport, so you can easily get your car right after your arrival at Alicante Airport.

Additionally the owner brings the car to your holiday home, so you do not need to go to the airport, if you only need the car for a couple of days.
And at the end of our holiday he gave us a lift back to the airport, at 5:00 o'clock in the morning, when it was difficult to get a taxi.
Such a nice service!

The new Fairphone is super good! -I am very satisfied with the high quality, swift delivery and good service.
And such a good feeling to do something for the environment! - I like the idea that I am myself able to repair the phone, if ever needed.

Sixt has electric cars for rent

Sixt has electric cars for rent, which is important for me.
SIXT is not the cheapest rental company, but they always have a good and reliable service.
Last time there was a very long waiting time for the car at Munich airport, even so I had booked it up front. Afterwards there were some technical issues with the car.
When I send a complaint, SIXT reacted immediately very nicely and gave me a good price reduction.

Thats what I like: swift, polite and positive service!

A problem with a wrong and faulty product could first be solved after an escalation

Fruugo.dk looks like a Danish Webpage, with Danish language text and appearance. – But it is not! It is a Chinese operated trading platform. It is not clear for me as to which extent they are following Danish law about internet trading, e.g. Warranty,”fortrydelsesret”, return of products which are “dead on arrival”.

I bought - or better I was made to believe that I bought – a Chromecast dongle for my TV. The old one was broken.
But instead, I got a “MiraScreen”, which is incompatible with my existing Google Home installation. But even worse, this Mira Screen dongle did not work. It could not connect to my Wlan.

When I complained via the response function to the seller, “Heyuan Yangfan E-commerce”, he did not want to pay for the return shipment. He did not even respond to my complaint, that he had send me the wrong product. A return shipment to China is almost as expensive as the product itself (379.49 kr). So, I objected to send it back on my account.

When I used the complaint function of Fruugo.dk, I also had no success in a first attempt. After this is published a negative review on Trustpilot. This led to a quick, friendly and positive reaction of the helpdesk (helpcentre(at)fruugo.com), which refunded the money I had spend on this faulty Dongle.

So, in the end I am happy that I got my money back, but it took me quite some time and effort to get there.
I hope Fruugo.dk will in future improve the customer experience and service …

Don't use this WEB-page, its business concept is rip-off!

I looked for a ferry of the Danish Alslinjen. Strange enough the first WEB-Page Google offered was not the home page of Alslinjen, but Direct Ferries.
So my first assumption was that Alslinjen was now handling their booking via a joined portal with other ferries.
I got suspicious, when I saw that the price Direct Ferries offered was more than double the price of Alslinjen!
So, in contradiction to their name"Direct Ferries", this is not a direct booking at your ferry operator, but a broker which is ripping you off with excessive pricing!
Additionally, when you do a booking , it responds with a statement, that this was not a booking, but a booking request by you, which will be answered within 48 hours. - What a nonsens! - When you book directly at Alslinjen, you get the booking confirmation immediately!

So: fingers off Direct Ferries, they are bluntly cheating you!

P.s.:
Later on Direct Ferries replied that this excessive price of 872,99 kr for the tur-retour trip was due to a price change of the ferry operator.
This i snot true. Alslinjen did not change the price, it was all the time 320,- kr for the same trip.

Meget god og personlig service og helpdesk

OneFiber har en meget god og personlig service og helpdesk. Medarbejderne er meget søde og hurtige til at hjælpe. Det er specielt rart, fordi mange andrev Internet Service Provider har efterhånden en meget skrabet service og er meget svære at nå.

ved anden omgang fik jeg det svar jeg havde håbet på

For at starte med det helt positive: sygplejerskerne i call-centret er altid meget søde og gør deres bedste for at hjælpe.

Lidt blandet var min oplevelse med forsikringens procedure. Men ved anden omgang fik jeg så et positivt svar og det er jeg rigtig glad for.

Her er ganske kort det forløb jeg oplevede:
ved en rutine undersøgelse på OUH fik jeg besked på, at en knub jeg har i huden ved siden af næsen sandsynligvis er kræft, men - jeg skal ikke panikke - nok godartet.
Den info, at jeg nok ikke regner med en ondartet hudforandring, medførte at jeg fik afslag fra Sundhedssikringen i første omgang. Begrundelsen var at undersøgelsen kun erstattes, hvis det er ondartet.
Naja, det ved man naturligvis første efter undersøgelsen med sikkerhed.
Jeg protesterede over den besked og så fik jeg en meget sød opringning og sagen blev afklaret i anden omgang. - Tak for det!

Når vores sygeplejerske forholder sig til din specifikke problematik, så er det på baggrund af henvisningen modtaget fra egen læge. I denne fremgår der ikke mistanke om kræft (malignitet), og derfor har du modtaget et afslag, da vores forsikring ikke dækker hudlidelser der er kosmetiske eller kroniske. Jeg kan se at der er sendt nogle eksempler på hudlidelser, som ikke er dækket.
Men hvis der ikke er en klar sammenhæng mellem det du mener lægen har fortalt dig, og det som henvisningen beskriver, så kan jeg godt forstå din usikkerhed og bekymring.

Jeg sørger for at du ringes op dagens dato så vi kan rådgive dig om, hvad du kan gøre, hvis du mener det er tilfældet i din sag.
