This website is a scam

This website is a scam, paid, and never received a download or serial. Have had to file a charge back to get my money returned, they do not answer their emails or phones.

We signed up for SMTP.com services to…

We signed up for SMTP.com services to serve as a relay for an on-prem exchange server, believing that it would offer a solid relay service for outgoing mail, using IPs that are actively monitored and managed. Nothing could be further from the truth, within a week IPs within the subnet they assigned us were in several RBLs, and they did nothign to remediate the issue. We opened a ticket and it took a week and a half to receive an actual repsonse, the response was to assign us a new IP but within a day it too was listed in a RBL.

Why pay them money, when they don't monitor their IPS and networks for listing in RBLs? When they offer very little support, and what they do have is so delayed.

We will be moving back to our own relay, and monitoring it with debouncer, it's far more reliable that smtp.com

The kicker, they want 30 days notice to cancel, so they ding us for an extra month of fees for nothing.

Good riddance.

I am a 15 year+ liquidweb customer with…

I am a 15 year+ liquidweb customer with many servers. In the Fall of 2024 I strongly believe that all but their hands on technicians have been replaced with either overseas remote workers, or an overseas firm. The level of support, and follow-up is laughable. Any issue always has to be escalated repeatedly, and always to the most senior of technicians. I do not recognize any of the names on tickets, and I no longer hear from my account rep for sales.

Long time to ship and impossible to return

Long time to ship, clothing is mediocre, shoes fit very small. Trying to return and they take a week to answer, demand all sorts of photos, I doubt I will be successful with my return.

Funny enough, they respond to this review faster than my request for a return or exchange! Focus more on customers than reputation management!

4 Month + User .... Avoid if you're in Canada

I've been drinking everyday dose for over four months. Overall I enjoy the product, it tastes good with water, and even better with a little milk and coffee creamer. I did find I had more energy when drinking it every morning.

However shipping to Canada is the worst, and that's why I've cancelled my subscription. Two months in a row it arrived late, and now the third month I'm out of product and have waited for two weeks for it to arrive. Their customer service bot says to wait 21 business days, but that my issue is always being escalated to a manager (who never answers or provides an update). I am moving on to a product with better Canadian fulfillment and customer service.

Do not order from rarecandycanada

Do not order from rarecandycanada. They substitute items and are not honest about those changes. My order had chocolate bars randomly changed to different flavors and the t-shirt I paid for was sent in the wrong size. They are slow to ship, slow to respond to “tickets”, and don’t make things right. Trust pilot does not delete positive reviews, their company is just that awful….at some point you can’t keep saying that you’re a new company and that English isn’t the first language for staff, it’s just that you’re dishonest.

1/2 Hr To Cancel - Rude Rep - Never Again

A half hour to cancel my service, an argumentative CSR who tells me what equipment is in my truck when they don't understand I have replaced the factory radio. I don't care how inexpensive their promotional rates become, I will never return. You've lost my business after being loyal for 10 years.

I really wanted to like Chefs Plate

I really wanted to like Chefs Plate, I do really like their recipes. But after three deliveries I’ve given up. Each weekly box with two meals for four were missing key ingredients. No notice of the substitutions or discount. Having subscribed to Hello Fresh for many months last year, the HF proteins are much higher quality than Chefs Plate. The chicken in particular was very poor quality. I hope they get their process sorted out.

Intelcomexpress is terrible

Intelcomexpress is terrible, they have botched six recent deliveries and always try to deliver after we're closed or on weekends when we're also closed. Why on earth Amazon has started using them for deliveries is beyond me, I can no longer count on receiving parcles on time and can't operate a business.
