I think is ridiculous that im having to pay back $500 that I didn't even receive and im paying back double the loan amount. Seems to take advantage of people actually trying to do better and get out of debt. The people I talked to were extremely nice.

I use to like this company but now I feel it's all about money. I was forced to pay for a prescription I didn't want and then another $15 I had to pay for an annual visit to tell me they weren't going to refill a prescription I've been using for years.

I didn't ask or want MY money to be transferred to you. Then you stole $100 of MY money then cost me another $30 to get MY own money that I did not request to be transferred to you. So basically in a few days I lost $130 of money I saved.

There are a few reasons your account may have been transferred to Millennium Trust. You previously contributed assets to your former employer’s retirement plan program. However, there was no instruction for where to direct upon your departure. Per government regulations, your existing retirement plan assets were rolled into an independent retirement account (IRA) with Millennium Trust. Reasons the funds were automatically rolled over could include plan balance below $5,000, an outdated address on record, an uncashed check, or because of a terminated plan. I like this because its convenient however I did not know I was suppose to submit a request for renewal until I signed in just to take a look around. Also they seem to forget to send the prescription to the pharmacy so you have to ask a couple of times before it gets done. I asked that my prescription not be changed but I got something different this time when I've had the same prescription for over a year.
