Good service from the start. Bit of delay in receiving the car but was kept up to date with developments. Car is excellent as are the staff.

Hopeless delivery service. Impossible to contact by phone. No information from Yodel about parcel delivery and only found out it had been delivered when the resident of the house where the parcel had been delivered phoned to say he had the parcel- 6 miles away at a different address and different postcode! I suppose you could excuse the driver as my address contains the word Redburn in the address and he delivered it to an address with the word Redwood in it-but come on the name postcode and address are all different. Just dumped at the door and entered on tracking as delivered.
