I called for assistance cancelling my subscription. Roy assisted me with the request. He informed me that there is a new plan for one month free and then $4.95 per month. I decided to keep the service. Roy also was able to give me a refund and helped walk me through a few corrections I wanted to make to my resume. Roy was so helpful and kind. Excellent customer service
