We had a new central heating boiler installed by British gas.

We had a new gas boiler installed by British Gas. Both the salesman and the gas installer presented themselves very well and were friendly and helpful. The price was expensive and perhaps the salesman could have been more explicit about what items we 'would not be getting' for the money! The installation engineer was particularly efficient, competent and went beyond his brief in a desire to do a good job. No major complaints at all.

Unfortunate experience

Unfortunately, the flowers for my wife's birthday, ordered well in advance, arrived the day after, slightly frozen and rather wilted. Sorry, but not impressed. I will not be using Serenata again.
