I placed an order for a wacker plate, a week later I had to chase them up, its all loaded for the next delivery tomorrow they said - Nothing arrived. Then they said oh we can't get hold of one due to supply issues!!! They offered me a different machine, I declined, don't like being told porkys. I cancelled the order, can I get a refund? They don't reply to emails or answer my calls, they don't reply to messages sent from their website, AVOID!!!!
Next step is trading standards

Ordered a coffee machine over a year ago, had numerous emails apologising and confirming a new delivery date, guess what no coffee machine! Scam company avoid!!!

Was very hesitant initially as I'd been scamned by another recovery company, but Paul was very knowledgeable and honest, any questions I hd were answered quickly and often on a Sunday. They recovered part of the funds id lost, so very happy with their service. I hope I never need them again but highly recommended.

Ordered some trainer boots in December, still waiting mid March!!!
Been told 'They are in transit for 2 months and they won't give me a refund until they arrive!!!!
