Worst service saved for Gift Card holders

So Vue gift cards cannot be used on the app/website which a) in 2025 is ridiculous and b) is a pain in the bum. And, now that Vue have “upgraded” their cinemas so you can barely get in the front door before you get to a turnstile requiring you to flash a pre-booked ticket/QR code at it, Vue gift card holders now need to queue outside in the rain, and then queue again to buy a cinema ticket (assuming all
those customers permitted to book online haven’t bought all the tickets in the meantime) once they get inside.

Only Vue could create a much worse customer experience for its Gift card holders than those without one.

Non-existent Customer Service

Repeatedly tried to contact this company to get an updated quote but all you ever get is an automated email saying they’ll be in touch. And then you never hear anything at all.

They don’t seem interested at all

UPDATE. DESPITE PROVIDING THE EXTRA INFO I WAS ASKED FOR IN THEIR REPLY BELOW, I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED ANY CONTACT FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CONTACT ME BUT THEY HAVENT. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
