Don’t bother!!

Awful!! My box arrived arrived but most of the stuff was either out date or needed to be used this month. I emailed but surprise no response! I will never buy from them again.

I found that my vape since going to refillable pods have a burning taste and end up having to throw away complete waste of money! Although vape world always deliver quickly and communicate well.

Thank you for getting in touch,

With regards to a burnt taste issue, with refillable vapes, this is most likley a PRIMMING ISSUE -- which occurs if the pod is used straight after the eliquid has been inserted, not allowing enough time for the coil to soak

Which will result in an irreversible burning of the coil itself.

To prevent this issue, please allow 10-15 minutes after eliquid inserted for the coil to soak in it before taking the first puff

Joke!!

Joke!!
Bought an item wore it once, washed it and the sleeve came apart at the seam obviously not great quality! Email sent to boohoo who have offered a 50% refund for an item which is faulty, absolute joke. Customer services email sounded like they were doing me a favour I won’t be ordering from this company again

I have taken a look into this matter and I can see that you have responded asking for an explanation to the offer of 50%, this is if you are able to have the item repaired however you are within your rights to decline this offer and as I can see that this offer is not satisfactory I have gone ahead and refunded this in full and the £18.75 will reach your account no later than the 16th November.

There is no need to return the item back to us.
