A absolute joke of a company
A absolute joke of a company placed a straight forward order of five items and two of which came totally wrong, after trying to contact them via their phone number for hours I was WhatsApp ed by them asking what my issue was. After a lengthy WhatsApps conversation they apologised and agreed to correct the order which I accepted as we all makes mistakes. I stupidly decided to place another and yet again the order came incorrect this time the quantities was miles off so back to constantly trying to call them and yet again a WhatsApps message came through saying they never had the quantities I had ordered and they had refunded me the difference but I wasn't told this when placing the order and they take my money they never had the stock to fulfil my order and suddenly a refund email came through. Avoid like covid

Two orders they have sent out 10mg instead of 5mg of vape oil. There don’t have the stock of 5mg clearly so instead of stating that they sent out wrong ones. They have just done same to my partner, their customer service was shocking regarding the issue. Won’t be buying again

Ordered 5mg vape liquid and was sent 10mg, I would normally have seen this as a mistake but they have done the same to my girlfriend on her last 2 orders, it’s clear they don’t have 5mg in stock so rather than say that they just send 10mg to make sure they get the sale….wont be ordering from them ever again
