Bought Salty Steve bracelet for my hubby, did have a few issues with sizing but more our fault not there's. Returned what didn't fit and were reimbursed within days. Can't fault the service and the quality of the bracelets are excellent.

Easy to order and arrived quickly,( literally less than a week ) however the bracelet was too small so had to be returned. I re ordered but nothing arrived so chased it with P & H, must have got lost in transit so its been re ordered and waiting ( only been a few days so I'm keeping fingers crossed it arrives soon )
P & H are very quick to respond and have been very apologetic about the situation.
It wouldn't put me off ordering from them in the future.
