Had an issue with a second purchased bracelet which was dealt with immediately by a very helpful customer service member. Replacement was sent and received within a few days.

Very quick delivery and comes packaged in a lovely box with some information about the company. Very presentable and great service.

Prompt delivery, in fact both times we ordered the delivery was a day early. Really like Pig and Hen products, well made and appeal to my sense of style.

The products were great although there was a small dirty mark on one of the rope inserts for the bangle when it arrived.
