No shoes arrived. Tracking details said delivered. Contacted Royal Mail that said as there was no house number on the package it was returned to sender. After about 10 emails to Za ZZ there response said the same thing every time. I even gave them a reference number for RM to get a refund. Still nothing. All they want to do is refund me 20%. Total scam. Don’t waste your money

Super paws or super pets are scammers. Ordered a £63 dog bed in February 2020 and at first got replies saying really sorry due to the current situation there will be a slight delay. Not heard from the since 22nd June. Is there anyway of getting my money back ?
