Problem sorted

Thank you for the reply. The problem is now sorted and is working perfectly. Uploaded my brothers, my mothers and my grandmothers DNA. Have between 500 and 600 matches for each one. Very pleased with that. Bit of a pain that you cant see their trees but you can contact them. Was maybe a bit hasty with my original review which was very negative and should have allowed more time for the company to fix the problem.

Waste of time.

After finally uploading my first DNA, I attempted to upload my second DNA. It took me out of the account so had to log in again. Spent (wasted) last few hours trying to log back in. Just keeps showing a spinning loading circle. Tried clearing history etc. Tried disabling defender apps. Tried on my phone. Tried on my sons laptop. Finally thinking it must be my internet, I went to my other sons home 12 miles away and tried it on his laptop. Still same problem. Thankfully haven't wasted any money just most of my Saturday. Having read some of the other reviews now, I don't think i'll be wasting anymore time on LivingDNA.

Hi Garath,

We identified a technical issue last week which meant some customers raw data did not upload fully to us. This also blocked the ability to log in. This has been fixed and an email will be sent out to all customers who experienced this.
