Cannot believe what was sent! Looked used and smelled like cigarettes. A lace dress shedding everywhere, and both dresses look nothing like the photos. When I filed with Chase Bank, they made sure to show my bank proof that a package was shipped to my house, but I am now resubmitting the case as false advertisement. Also- all returns are at the customers expense, and had to ship it back to China. Shipped them back on July 28, and still no update. I HIGHLY do not recommend ordering from this company. Their operations is a mess and unable to handle international shipments, time frames they quote on their website, and resolving any issue in a timely fashion. This site should be banned.

Already the worst. Haven’t received this package yet- but ordered something from China last week and it arrives today! When I realized I never received shipping info after 5 days from ordering. They then quickly informed me it was shipped…. The tracking sent shows a shipping label and hasn’t moved since. I informed them if not received by July 15, I will file with my bank, as well as the SEC and the attorney general. WSdear has misleading e-commerce practices.

Not sure who verifies the taskers on what they do, but appear to send anyone, even with no skill. In the last 2 years, there has been people who come late, no equipment, and skill on how to do the job. Last cleaning person- late, no materials (even though we discussed before) and took a lunch break, and then saw on video that they were just relaxing outside smoking. I know it was a small job, and wasn't the best, and charged me for 3 hours. Not sure how the support and trust fee applies when you send people who practically steal time and money. I can use this service going forward.

I have been waiting almost a month for 2 items. One shipping item just got pushed back. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Starting to thing the good reviews are scams

10/16 I received my order! HOWEVER IT IS COUNTERFEIT!!! Going through to get the refund. I plan to also reach out to SOME MEDIA OUTLETS! This company is a Scam and needs to be removed from selling things online.

SOO BAD! Takes forever to get an item, and send ti to the wrong address- they never get back to you!

Flights were cancelled due to COVID. Told I would be refunded in March- Still not received.

Has anyone received a refund? I'm curious? I contacted BBB and also this dispute is now labelled a fraud with my CC company.

I hope this will be resolved.
