I had a new external door and blown window glass fitted upstairs. John and Johnny, the fitters turned up on time, were polite and friendly. Tidied the area up when finished in super fast time no problems. Kim in the office also deserves a mention as she kept me up to date on progress and did a couple of follow-up calls to ensure everything was good. Can't fault the service from these people. Well done!

I ordered new glasses and picked them up, but I felt rushed at the fitting and not able to confirm if they were correct. After wearing then for one week it was obvious they were not correct, I returned to the store and had to make another appointment one week away, which is not good service and a normally simple task has taken 3 weeks for nothing. I returned for the follow up appointment and the lady I saw county not have been more helpful and I am now awaiting new lenses (another week). The only saving grace in this scenario was my the D.O. at that appointment, kudos.

No problems

After initially advising them that I was moving to another provider, I was pleasantly surprised when they contacted me to ask if they could encourage me to stay. The young man was very good and gave me a slightly better deal that the other company without any pushy salesperson speak, I don't like swopping providers unless they do not provide a good service. If it was available I would give him a 'shout out' (thumbs up), for a job well done.
