I realised after a while that my…

I realised after a while that my balance was going down faster than it should on the slots and discovered that although i had set a £1.00 bet, around every 3 plays it would take £2.00 but give me a £1.00 play. Contacted customer service through their online form and had no reply. I have now removed my money but the balance has not gone in but the pending payment has disappeared. This company are just helping themselves to your balance and your winnings. AVOID.

Poor customer service

Ordered my item. Waited 3 weeks for it to come only to be told it was out of stock and they had refunded. At no point communicated with me to inform me. Severely lacking in customer service and communication.

Awful shopping experience in next…

Awful shopping experience in next Bradford Forster Square. Walked around the shop which looked like a jumble sale. Finally found the tailored section. Selected 2 suits to try on, only to be told that the fitting rooms are closed because they have a sale on. Do customers not need to try their clothes on due to a sale? Staff were rude and unable to explain why a sale causes a fitting room closure. Poor shopping experience and awful customer service.
