I realised after a while that my balance was going down faster than it should on the slots and discovered that although i had set a £1.00 bet, around every 3 plays it would take £2.00 but give me a £1.00 play. Contacted customer service through their online form and had no reply. I have now removed my money but the balance has not gone in but the pending payment has disappeared. This company are just helping themselves to your balance and your winnings. AVOID.
