Nothing was too much trouble

I live a great distance from the property - Mockford & hunt were so helpful, they forwarded post, organised the keys & meter readings, which saved me a 700 mile round trip. They used what’s app to keep me updated on what was happening & were generally a set of nice helpful people who made selling my house relatively easy, I’m grateful for your help - thank you!

It's always a big decision knowing who to entrust your property to when you don't live locally, knowing that the agent has to keep it secure and generally keep an eye on the property, particularly when it's no longer occupied. I’m pleased with my wren experience

I’m pleased with my wren experience. Georgia instore was excellent, she understood my vision quickly, planned it in 3D & made helpful suggestions without breaking the bank. The kitchen looks fab!

Excellent customer care

I bought a new (second hand) Lexus. The car is perfect, I love it. The service from the garage was excellent. I had travelled a long way to collect the car, there were some hiccups with my bank, but the garage problem solved for me, provided plenty of coffee & biscuits & bent over backwards to make the purchase happen. Everyone, particularly Catherine was patient & helpful, really appreciate it.

Eon smart meter

Perhaps in the long term this will save me Time taking Meter readings, but unless I wonder outside around the back of the garage the display doesn’t work, so pointless really, it’s already dismantled in a cupboard.

Hi Ms EG,

I'm sorry you're unable to get a signal inside the property for the in-home display.

I'm sorry your'e only able to get a signal when near your front door.
Any material between the two points trying to communicate can affect the signal quality. Wood, plasterboard and other building materials generally have a minimal effect on the signal but thick stone and concrete can have a bigger impact. Metal has the biggest effect on the signal.
