Sold an Item on Black Friday stated as a KIT but upon receipt found no cables, no camera power supply and no connectors, only to find that they sell that the parts mentioned were sold separately, very deceptive. I have in the past purchased online kits and they contained everything required to install the CCTV system.

Hi guys this is a good site but with a few teething issues, which I'm sure once sorted will be an excellent site.

Having had my previous meter stolen I was really pleased to get very good customer service and competitive price for my new meter.

The formation was quick but VERY poor communications as I had to chase by email couple of times as the contact telephone number is useless, I was always left guessing what needs to be done next and when.
They are competitively priced but poor after sales otherwise a higher rating would be in order.
After an intervention from John, my faith in the services provided was very pleasant and would highly recommend them.
