Book a seat reservation to avoid any confusion about where you will be sitting! The money saved by not reserving a seat is not worth the seat drama I witnessed among couples who got on and could not sit together or people who sat in seats that turned out to be reserved by other people who got on at a later stop.

This was my trip from NYC Port Authority to Montréal after Amtrak unexpectedly cancelled the route due to track service. The trip length and timing actually worked out better than the original plan logistically. Leaving at midnight from NYC to arrive in the morning gave me more time to get settled when I arrived in Montreal.

If you’re able to wait until the second stop, and don’t want to use the bathroom on the coach, listen to the driver advice to walk a little bit to Stewart’s in Plattsburgh for the restroom stop because everyone will be on line at the Dunkin Donuts building.

For those considering purchasing from the US, the shipping is faster than I imagined. I got plenty of emails from Petit Pli and Royal Mail letting me know when to expect delivery. I originally gave about two weeks to expect my order before a friend’s baby’s first birthday party and got it in about a week. Your results may vary from mine but I was relieved because the party was actually the day after I got the package …

Have yet to wait for the mom to tell me how they liked the clothes for her kid but the extra card and gift wrapping was an optional upgrade touch that I was glad to add to my order and it looked really nice.

My only suggestion for future improvement is to the exterior shipping, it got a bit dinged in the various handlers across the pond and the cardboard paper was torn open at the corners where the gift wrapping was sharper

There's so much potential with this language app, and it is great how the developers are reaching out to initial campaign supporters to be part of the testing phase. I look forward to seeing how it evolves and improves. When I was having trouble with the app crashing when I got the speaking questions wrong multiple times, I raised this and it was addressed in later updates.
